Solzhenitsyn has died....


It is a sad day. If you have not yet read the Gulag Archipelago or A Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovitch you should stop what you are doing right now and go buy them.

I still can't get over Ivan Denisovitch even though it's been something like 15 years since I read it. I should pick up a copy and go through it again.

Going through it is numbingly depressing -- it's a mild taste of a gulag.
